As a Senior Business Development Representative in our Bedding Division, you will be at the forefront of sales efforts—managing major accounts, driving business growth, and building lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth
Build, manage, and expand relationships with major accounts.
Ensure client needs are met while identifying new sales opportunities.
New Business Development
Leverage industry expertise to develop strategic partnerships.
Open doors to new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Strategic Account Planning
Develop and execute winning account strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with design, supply chain, and production teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Advisory & Relationship Building
Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations.
Market Representation & Trend Analysis
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate sales forecasting to avoid obsolete inventory.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in textiles, furniture, upholstery, fabrics, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and transport sample bags (up to 50 lbs).
