Inside Sales Executive - Logistics & Final Mile

Compensation: Base ($90,000+) w/ Uncapped Commission Plan
Location: Remote w/ Nationwide Territory (HQ is Texas)

Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our logistics sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers across various shipping and logistics segments, including final mile delivery. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a hunter mindset, eager to identify client challenges and deliver solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-up

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and key business development metrics

  • Understand and assess client shipping needs to offer tailored logistics services, particularly in final mile and time-sensitive delivery

  • Monitor market activity to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and ongoing relationship management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence

  • Support additional sales and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (inside sales or outbound-focused roles preferred)

  • Prior exposure to logistics, freight, or transportation industries strongly preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, persistent, and collaborative

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
