  1. During our initial discovery call, we figure out what your hiring needs are and understand who you are as a business.

  2. Once terms and conditions are signed we use our expansive network, sourcing, and outreach strategies, we send over a targeted short list of candidates that meet the requirements of your open positions.

  3. Candidates are interviewed with the camera on, and are only submitted once they have given their written consent to be considered.

  4. Upon the submittal of your candidates, you will be given a full write-up and summary after the candidates have been video-interviewed.

  5. Once you select your candidates, we coordinate the interviews with you and your team’s calendar and provide feedback during every portion of the interview process.

  • For full-time, w2 candidates we can offer a replacement.

    The initial deposit for retained searches are not refundable.

    We do not offer refunds for independent contractors since we are billing for time sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates for your business.

  • While Hippogriff Consulting LLC can recruit for certain roles that have a base salary or equity built into the total compensation package, we do not recruit for exclusively commission-based or equity-based roles.
