  • Hippogriff Consulting is a one-man band, where you will work directly with me. My approach with clients is high-touch and tailored to fit your needs.

  • Usually, candidates can be funneled to your business between an average of 7-10 business days depending on the complexity of the role. From the time selected candidate is moved to offer stage is contingent on how quickly we are able to coordinate with your team's calendar and availability.

  • No, Hippogriff Consulting LLC does not work for equity.

  • For full-time, w2 candidates we can offer a replacement.

    The initial deposit for retained searches are not refundable.

    We do not offer refunds for independent contractors since we are billing for time sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates for your business.

  • No, candidates do not pay for my services.

  • We will bill you the $7,500 retention fee to begin the search.

    Once the candidate is funneled and onboarded to your business they will be considered an independent contractor that is compensated by your organization.

    Once an offer of full employment is made, a conversion fee will be applied.

  • While Hippogriff Consulting LLC can recruit for certain roles that have a base salary or equity built into the total compensation package, we do not recruit for exclusively commission-based or equity-based roles.

Pricing

Our tailored headhunting solutions start at 20% of the annual guaranteed salary of the selected candidate for retained searches. (Full Time, W2 Candidates)

To begin the headhunting search, a $7,500.00 non-refundable retention fee is required for each requisition, which shall be deducted from the total billings.

The conversion fee varies depending on if a client has met a minimum amount of billings.

We also offer contingent services for 25% of the annual guaranteed salary. (You can opt-in for a retained search to reduce the fee at any point during the search)

For independent contractors, we require a minimum retention fee of $1,500.00 per requisition.
