Data Scientist

A primary education teacher whose background was in teaching mathematics was transitioning into a data analytics role and wanted interview coaching services before their interview with Towson University. After understanding his background and reviewing the job description, we were able to do a mock interview. The interview allowed me to understand how they communicated their experience to potential hiring managers while also being able to ask potential curveball questions they may get from a potential hiring manager. In their particular case, they were transitioning from primary education to higher education, and it was important for them to be able to provide confidence to the hiring manager on how they could navigate that new environment. They interviewed successfully and were onboarded after their final interview.
